Congratulations on your official nomination. We are honored to have you take the next step in the selection process to become a Member of The Armchair Collective, whether through a Collective (Individual/Family) or a Corporate Membership. As with many of the world's most distinguished clubs, our Members play a pivotal role in shaping the culture and identity of the Collective. Your nomination has been thoughtfully submitted by an Armchair Ambassador, and we invite you to complete the attached Member Application.

Please note that The Armchair Collective is a non-equity, right-to-use membership created exclusively for recreational purposes; it is not a financial investment.

Our name is inspired by the "Armchair Architect" in all of us; a person who speaks knowledgeably about architecture without being a professional architect. For us, the term represents a shared passion for golf course design, clubhouse architecture, short-game areas, and the experiences they create, as well as for the game of golf itself. Together, these are the core elements that unite our Armchair community.

The Armchair Collective is envisioned as more than a single golf club. We are building toward a national portfolio of exceptional private-club destinations, each shaped by its setting and unified by a shared standard of golf, hospitality, and member experience.

As part of the Collective, both individual and corporate members may gain behind-the-scenes access to the design and renovation of our property(s), offering a rare opportunity to witness the evolution of golf architecture firsthand. To launch The Armchair Collective, we have closed on our first property in a prominent location within the historic golf clubs of Long Island, NY. While we do envision as many as ten clubs within the Collective, today our focus is on making our flagship property the most talked about new private golf club. An Armchair Collective location may also incorporate complementary experiences such as outdoor sporting pursuits, culinary and wine programming, boating and access to notable events.

These concepts reflect the Collective's long-term direction rather than guaranteed membership benefits. Future properties, amenities, and experiences will be introduced only as they are acquired, developed, approved, and made operational. Applicants should therefore base their membership decision solely on the privileges and facilities available at the time of admission.

The Collective Passport — Individual membership granting access to every Collective property.

The Family Circle — Membership privileges extend to the member's spouse or significant other and eligible children under age 26 who reside at home, are enrolled full-time in school, or are serving in the military.

The Collective Welcome — Includes guest privileges, lodging access, and preferred member rates across Collective amenities and experiences.

The Local Access Window — Members whose primary residence is within 50 miles of a Collective property may reserve tee times at that property within a 48-hour booking window unless upgraded to Premium Resident Membership.

The First 300 — Foundational pricing is reserved exclusively for the first 300 Collective Members.

Armchair Premium Resident Membership

The Home Course Privilege — Available to members whose primary residence is within 50 miles of an existing Collective Property.

The Home Course Advantage — Unlimited use of primary property and full access to all Collective Properties at standard booking windows.

Priority Championship — First Access to Club Events (i.e., Club Championships or Member-Guests).

The Permanent Place — Permanent Locker at Home Club.

The First Walk — Invitation to Grand Opening Events at All Clubs Featuring the Course Architect

The Hundred — Limited to 100 per property, at sole discretion of the Collective.

Armchair Corporate Membership

The Enterprise Standard — Corporate Membership is acquired by a legal entity with bona fide, ongoing business operations.

The Executive 4 — Each Corporate Membership may designate up to four authorized individuals, including officers, directors, managers, or owners.

The Home Club Upgrade — Each designated individual may independently upgrade to Premium Resident status for an additional $100,000–$200,000, depending on the property.

The Collective Business Privilege — Includes guest privileges, lodging access, and Corporate Member rates across all Collective properties.

The First 75 — Foundational Corporate Membership pricing is reserved exclusively for the first 75 memberships.
